Summer School Enrollment Instructions: Health or Geometry
Dear 8th Grade Families,
CUSD is now accepting summer school enrollment requests for incoming high school students. Please review the information below and follow the steps to sign your student up.
How to Enroll:
- Click the link below to begin the K–12 enrollment form:
- English 8th Grade Form
- Spanish 8th Grade Form (Para familias que prefieren español, por favor use este enlace.)
- Complete and submit the form in full.
- May 29, 2026 Deadline to register
- Once your student’s request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
General Summer School Information:
- Dates: June 15 through July 15 (ending at 1:00 pm)
- Location: Capistrano Valley High School, Mission Viejo
- In-person support is available Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Most coursework can be completed at home, with in-person testing requirements for students taking Geometry.
Please make sure your student meets the eligibility requirements for the course selected, as outlined in the referral form.
