8th Grade Elective Form (This form is for incoming 8th grade students only)

 

 

Fill out an application. This inclusive course brings together students with and without disabilities to participate equally in lifetime sports and fitness activities, building skills, confidence, and a supportive classroom community. Unified PE Application - Due Thursday, February 26, 2026 

 

Before submitting a "Selective Elective" application, students must request the elective using the 8th Grade Elective Form (above). Students may choose up to THREE selective electives. All selective elective applications are due on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
